edwin starr.

so...every morning at the post office we listen to music, and it's mostly oldies, and there isn't a huge variety. so i've become well acquainted with a few of the songs. and there are 2 songs that have caught my attention. one is "love machine" by the miracles (which perhaps will get it's own post later)...
but for now...the other song i really like is edwin starr's "war". you can tell that he cares about what he's singing about. and i like it. he is definitely passionate about how much he hates war. and...btw... i'm not really trying to cater to one side or the other...i also like "proud to be an american", but...this time, i like war a little more. so anyway, just thought i'd let yall in on my musical likings of the week (and update my blog).
